Delivery Information
Our minimum order is £500 + VAT for sending out pallets. Pallets are charged at £70 for the first pallet and £50 for each additional pallet to the same location.
There is no minimum order for warehouse collection. Any warehouse collection orders must contact us to arrange a date and time slot for collection. If this time slot is missed your order will be cancelled and will be passed on to the next customer waiting for the items.
We can only deliver orders directly to your premises. We do not drop ship. We use an external pallet Company who will drop curb side. If your delivery is arranged with our driver this will arrive loose and he will require help unloading larger items.
We use standard pallets measuring 120 cms x 100 cms and can load up to 220 cm high.
On average we estimate that you can get between £1200-£1500 worth of small items on one pallet. This will vary if you are ordering larger items, you will be invoiced accordingly prior to dispatch of the pallets if these exceed 1.
We will dispatch your order within 5- 7 working days from your payment being made.
Returns
All returned items must be unused in the original packaging. All damages must be reported within 14 working days of delivery or collection. When reporting damage, pictures must be emailed to our team at homeaccessorieswholesaleuk@gmail.com with details of the product at fault.
It is at the Companies discretion whether a credit note is offered depending on the damage or fault. We do not offer replacements; please state your credit number when placing your next order and this shall be discounted.
If damage is not reported within 14 working days it will be presumed that the goods were delivered in good order. We will not accept any liability for damages after the 14 working days, or for any damage after the goods have been passed onto the customer.
If the goods have been damaged whilst in transit with a courier that we have organised we will accept liability.
